Delete your Shora account

If you have the Shora app installed

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap Profile (bottom right)
  3. Tap the gear icon → Account → Delete account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm

Your account, profile, journal entries, session history, and subscription are permanently removed. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can’t access the app

Email from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Shora account”.

Email support to delete

We process requests within 7 business days. All Firestore data, audio cache, and authentication records are removed; if you signed in with Apple, your Apple token is revoked.
